I need help wiring my existing Twilio phone numbers into our Zoom Phone environment so the whole team can place and receive calls through Zoom using those numbers. This is strictly for day-to-day communication and will be rolled out to multiple users. The job includes: • connecting several Twilio numbers to Zoom Phone. • Enabling outbound calls with corresponding Twilio numbers. • Walking me through any necessary steps in the Zoom admin portal, Twilio Console, SIP trunking or BYOC setup, and verifying that calls connect cleanly in both directions. Once everything is connected, I’ll test inbound and outbound calls from at least three user accounts. The work is complete when voice quality is clear, caller-ID displays correctly, and no one has to jump between platforms to manage calls.
