I’m ready to launch a full end-to-end delivery platform that mirrors the customer experience of Zomato but is dedicated to my own D2C brand. The scope covers everything—from sketching the first wireframe to handing over production-ready iOS and Android builds, provisioning the cloud backend, and submitting the apps to the stores. Core workflow • Users place orders in a sleek consumer app (iOS & Android). • Vendors join through a dedicated onboarding flow, then manage menu, pricing, inventory, and order status inside their own separate interface. • My in-house delivery team receives turn-by-turn directions and live updates. • Customers track their driver in real time, pay through an integrated gateway, and receive automated receipts and push notifications. What I need from you Design, build, and deploy these three components: 1. Consumer mobile app with account creation, ordering, payment, and live order tracking. 2. Vendor dashboard (mobile or web) for catalog, pricing, availability, and order management. 3. Admin + logistics module to assign drivers, view analytics, and configure commission slabs. Essential features baked in — Vendor onboarding — Delivery tracking with live map view — Secure payment gateway integration (cards, UPI, wallets, etc.) — Scalable backend (APIs, database, authentication, notifications) — Unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing prior to launch I’m open to proven cross-platform stacks such as Flutter or React Native combined with Node.js, Laravel, or a comparable server technology—whatever gets us to a stable, maintainable product fastest. Acceptance criteria • Both apps approved by Apple App Store and Google Play. • Production backend deployed and documented. • Source code, build scripts, and API documentation handed over. • Two-week post-launch support to squash any critical issues.
