I need a seasoned Zoho Projects specialist to configure our portal so it reflects the way a construction company actually works—from excavation to hand-over—while making task tracking and automation the centrepiece. Scope of work • Build a clear phase-based structure: set up project milestones that mirror each construction stage, then break them down into tasks and sub-tasks with repeatable checklists. • Configure task views, custom fields, dependencies and Gantt charts so supervisors, subcontractors and the office team all see exactly where we stand. • Automate the heavy lifting. I want: – Real-time progress updates visible to everyone, – Detailed task analytics for management reports, and – Automated reminders and notification alerts that fire when a task is assigned, nears its deadline or slips. • Map user roles and permissions so site foremen, engineers and clients only see what they need. • Document the set-up and walk my team through the workflow in a hand-off session. Deliverables 1. Fully configured Zoho Projects workspace tailored to one sample project we will create together. 2. Automation rules for notification alerts tested and working. 3. Template we can copy for future builds. 4. Quick-start guide (PDF or screencast) plus a one-hour live training. Acceptance criteria – Milestones, tasks and checklists load correctly from the template. – Dashboards update in real time. – Notifications reach the right users without manual intervention. – Analytics report shows task duration, slippage and completion rate at both task and phase level.
