I want: – Real-time progress updates visible to everyone, – Detailed task analytics for management reports, and – Automated reminders and notification alerts that fire when a task is assigned, nears its deadline or slips. • Map user roles and permissions so site foremen, engineers and clients only see what they need. • Document the set-up and walk my team through the workflow in a hand-off session.
