I need our entire Zoho One environment brought online and tuned for daily use. That means configuring Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, the Zoho Website builder and Zoho Creator so data moves cleanly from lead capture to invoicing and project tracking. Workflows, role-based permissions, email templates, and dashboard analytics all have to be wired up, with legacy spreadsheets migrated in the process. Alongside the core setup, I want a web-based configurator that lets customers pick the right equipment model, options and accessories, then writes those choices straight into Zoho CRM and kicks off the next steps in Zoho Projects. The same tool will also register each unit’s IoT credentials so future sensor data can flow into our system through a simple API. Building it inside Zoho Creator is ideal, but I’m open to another stack as long as integration remains seamless. I operate out of Bangalore and prefer someone who can drop by for requirement reviews, user-acceptance testing and the final hand-over. Deliverables • Fully configured Zoho One account with CRM, Books, Projects, Website and Creator modules live, integrated and documented. • Web-based equipment-selection and IoT onboarding app deployed and synced with Zoho data models. • Short training session plus written SOPs so my team can maintain the setup. The project is complete when every module passes a live demo with real customer data, the web app exchanges information with Zoho without errors, and each user role can finish its daily tasks from a single dashboard.
