I need a Zoho automation expert to build and optimize a smart lead intake system for my remodeling company. The goal is to connect Zoho Forms → Zoho CRM → Zoho Flow → ClickSend → Zoho Bookings so that bathroom remodeling inquiries automatically turn into qualified consultations. You’ll help design Flows that: Capture form data into CRM with proper field mapping Score each lead (Hot, Warm, Cold) Trigger automated SMS/email follow-ups through ClickSend Notify our team when a Hot lead arrives Send reminders or nurture messages if no booking occurs Log every action cleanly in CRM Deliverables include working Flows, clear documentation (.zflow exports + Loom walkthrough), and setup that we can later clone for kitchens or flooring. Must have proven experience with Zoho Flow, CRM customization, and third-party SMS/email integrations. You’ll work in a restricted “Freelancer” Zoho account for data security. Bonus if you can suggest improvements or create reusable templates for future automations.
