Zoho One is already active in our company; the CRM now has to become the single, reliable hub for every customer touch-point. The assignment covers end-to-end design, configuration, and optimisation of Zoho CRM so that it mirrors the real-world flow of our sales, rentals, and service teams. Scope of work • Cleanly import and deduplicate all existing customer records. • Create the custom fields, modules, pipelines, and page-layouts that match each department’s workflow. • Build automation for lead capture, quoting, and systematic follow-ups so that tasks, emails, and stage moves happen without manual effort. • Connect Zoho CRM to BigCommerce, QuickBooks Online, and ShipStation, as well as to Zoho Desk, Forms, and Campaigns, ensuring data syncs bi-directionally and users can act from inside the CRM. • Document the setup and run a brief hand-over session so staff can maintain the system confidently. Acceptance criteria 1. All legacy data appears in CRM with no duplicates and with relationships intact. 2. A test lead can travel from web form to closed deal, generate a quote, and trigger fulfilment and accounting hand-offs automatically. 3. Integration logs show successful syncs with BigCommerce, QuickBooks Online, ShipStation, Desk, Forms, and Campaigns for at least 48 consecutive hours. 4. Role-based permissions allow each team to see only what they need while management retains full visibility. 5. Final walkthrough and documentation delivered in an agreed format (PDF or Notion).
