Project Title: Custom Development: Integrate Purchase Requisition from Sales Order in Zoho Books (with Email Inquiry & Vendor Comparison Sheet) Project Description: We are looking for an experienced Zoho Books developer (Deluge scripting expert) to customize the Purchase module with the following automated workflow: Required Features: Raise Purchase Requisition directly from Sales Order Add a custom button/field in the Sales Order module. One-click option to “Create Purchase Requisition” that auto-populates items, quantities, and links back to the Sales Order. The requisition should be created in the Purchase module with proper referencing. Float Purchase Inquiry via Email Notifications From the Purchase Requisition, add functionality to “Send Purchase Inquiry” to multiple vendors simultaneously. System should generate and send professional email inquiries (with item details, required quantity, delivery date, etc.) directly from Zoho Books. Vendors reply via email or portal; responses should be captured/attached back to the requisition. Generate Purchase Comparison Sheet Auto-generate a Vendor Comparison/Quotation Comparison Sheet once vendor quotes are received. The sheet must include columns for vendor name, price, taxes, delivery time, total cost, and any other comparison parameters. Sheet should be available in two places: – Inside the Purchase module (as a custom view/tab), OR – In the Reports module (custom report that can be exported to Excel/PDF). Convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order After selecting the best vendor from the comparison sheet, add a one-click “Convert to Purchase Order” button. The system should automatically create a Purchase Order for the chosen vendor, copy all line items, pricing, and maintain linkage to the original Sales Order and Requisition. Technical Requirements: All customizations must be done using Zoho Deluge scripts, custom functions, workflows, and Zoho Creator if required (no external tools). Must work on both web and mobile versions of Zoho Books. Clean, reusable code with proper comments and documentation. Post-implementation support for 15–30 days.
