I am moving all field-service operations onto the ZenFire platform and need hands-on assistance to make the transition smooth. Scope of the work • Populate ZenFire with no existing inventory data, open and historical work orders, calendar entries, and custom PDF/online forms. • Extract those records from our current databases and migrate them cleanly into the new system, preserving relations and attachments. • Enter or import the service codes that drive ZenFire’s job creation and billing logic. • Configure and test ZenFire on the office PCs and, most importantly, on each technician’s iPad so they can receive jobs, update stock, and capture signatures in the field. Acceptance will be based on 1. All legacy data visible and searchable in ZenFire without loss or duplication. 2. Technicians able to log in on iPads and complete a test job end-to-end. 3. Desktop environment connected to the same live database.
