The build can stay lean—no full-blown property listings, just a clean, responsive portal that does the following: • Role-based access: Administrators manage everything, Agents maintain their own profiles, and Renters can browse and reach out. • Agent spotlight: Each agent gets a dedicated profile page with photo, bio, specialties, and active contact form. • Easy contact: A simple form on every profile should route messages directly to the agent’s email while copying admin. • Dashboard basics: From the WordPress admin area I should be able to approve new agents, edit profiles, and pull a quick CSV of inquiries. • Lightweight theme: I’m fine with an off-the-shelf responsive theme—just brand it with our colors and logo. • Plugins kept minimal: Think Elementor (free) or Gutenberg blocks for layout, plus a reputable contact-form plugin.
