Project Overview: We are migrating three WordPress websites from shared hosting to a newly provisioned Contabo Cloud VPS 40 NVMe (Sydney, Australia) running AlmaLinux 9 with cPanel. We are looking for an experienced server administrator and WordPress migration specialist to complete the migration and provide ongoing managed security and monitoring services. This project has two components: a one-off migration and setup, and an ongoing monthly retainer for server management. Component 1 — One-Off Migration & Server Setup Migrate the following three WordPress websites to our VPS: riverinadentalalbury.com.au — dental practice marketing website with active SEO and Google AdWords. Zero downtime migration is essential. dentalpatienttriage.com — subscription-based patient forms application with Stripe metered billing integration. Must remain fully functional post-migration. dentalnote.ai — WordPress brochure website for a SaaS application. Straightforward migration. Server configuration required: Configure Nginx + PHP-FPM + Redis on AlmaLinux 9 / cPanel Install and configure WP Rocket (caching) on all three sites Install and configure Wordfence (security) on all three sites Install and configure Imagify (image optimisation) on all three sites Install WP Staging on all three sites Configure dedicated Google Cloud Storage buckets for media offload (iappoint-riverinadental, iappoint-dentalpatienttriage, iappoint-dentalnote) using WP Offload Media DNS cutover coordination — we will advise on timing to minimise disruption to the dental practice Post-migration testing and sign-off on all three sites Cloudflare DNS/CDN/WAF configuration Component 2 — Ongoing Monthly Managed Security & Monitoring Retainer Following migration, we require ongoing monthly server management covering: Weekly security and vulnerability patching Weekly backup validation checks Monthly backup integrity testing Immediate response to any critical security incident Proactive security monitoring Please quote Component 1 and Component 2 separately in your bid.
