I want to strengthen every step of the donor journey while giving the site a fresh, modern look that works flawlessly on any device. Donation improvements • Recurring donations built natively in GiveWP so supporters can choose weekly, monthly, or annual gifts at checkout. • A live donation progress bar that automatically pulls figures from GiveWP campaigns and displays real-time totals on the homepage and individual appeals. • A streamlined donor management area that lets staff view, filter, and export donor data without leaving WordPress. Visual redesign goals • A clean, modern layout that puts our mission front and center and guides visitors intuitively toward the “Donate” button. • Custom graphics and images (supplied in PSD or SVG) that reflect our brand colors and tone. • Full mobile responsiveness: pages, forms, and progress bars must render beautifully from large desktop monitors down to the smallest phone. Deliverables 1. Updated WordPress child theme or block-based templates reflecting the new design. 2. Configured GiveWP recurring donations, goal bars, and donor database screens. 3. Optimized images, icons, and CSS/JS assets for fast load times. 4. Post-launch walkthrough (video call or recorded screencast) showing my team how to manage campaigns, graphics, and donor reports. Please bring solid experience with WordPress, GiveWP, and fundraising best practices. Clean code, accessible design, and clear documentation will be the key acceptance criteria.
