Requirements WordPress development experience Strong knowledge of Elementor Elementor Pro is allowed and preferred Ability to recreate a clean, modern, corporate layout Pixel-accurate implementation (spacing, sections, typography) Fully responsive (desktop / tablet / mobile) Clean and well-structured Elementor setup (no messy widgets) Scope of Work Build homepage layout inspired by water.com Similar section structure (hero, value propositions, product/solution sections, CTAs, footer, etc.) Custom styling inside Elementor (not a ready-made theme clone) Use WordPress + Elementor (no other page builders) The result should be easy to edit later by a non-technical user Media Guidelines (IMPORTANT) The developer must provide clear technical guidelines for preparing media assets, including: Recommended image dimensions for each major section (desktop / tablet / mobile) Recommended video dimensions, formats, and aspect ratios Guidance on: responsive behavior background images vs background videos optimal file sizes for performance Confirmation that all media will display correctly across devices and screen resolutions These guidelines are required so that graphics and videos can be prepared correctly after the layout is completed.
