I need a WordPress-based online store built from the ground up to sell physical products only. The site should feel modern, load quickly, and be easy for me to maintain once it’s live. Core requirements • WordPress + WooCommerce (or another proven e-commerce plugin) configured for a full catalog of tangible goods. • Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole checkout option—no cards, PayPal, or bank transfers needed right now. The COD flow must show clearly at checkout and trigger the usual WooCommerce order emails and status changes. • Clean, mobile-first theme customized to match my brand colors and logo. • Product categories, variable products, stock control, and shipping zones set up, ready for me to add new SKUs later. • Basic on-page SEO configuration (titles, meta, alt tags) and performance plugins so the store meets Google PageSpeed recommendations. • Security hardening and a sensible backup solution. • A short hand-off guide or screenshare so I’m comfortable updating products, prices, and orders on my own.
