The AI logic should sit natively in Wix (Velo or recommended API connections) so the experience feels seamless, not bolted on. Every piece of lead data must pass straight into an integrated CRM layer. Sales tracking and customer support functions are non-negotiable; I want to see deal stages, pipeline velocity, and open tickets in one place. A consolidated dashboard—built either inside Wix or via a connected BI tool—should surface those metrics at a glance so I can act without exporting spreadsheets.
