I need my Wati WhatsApp Business account fully configured so the built-in chatbot can handle day-to-day customer support on its own. The basic structure is already in place, but right now it only answers a handful of FAQs. Your job is to expand and polish the flow: map every incoming support keyword or menu choice, plug in the replies I have, and create additional answers for product information and technical support questions so the user experience feels seamless. Once the content is ready, connect it inside Wati’s conversation builder, set the correct triggers, fallback messages, and escalation to a human agent when required. Please test with your own WhatsApp number before handing it over and share a quick demo video or screenshots proving that: • a customer can ask about any product and receive a clear, accurate reply; • technical issues get an immediate troubleshooting response; • unrecognised messages route to the fallback and then to live chat if the user still needs help.
