Project Overview We are looking for an experienced chatbot developer to design and set up a WhatsApp Rewards Points Chatbot using BotSailor, integrated with Google Sheets for real-time data synchronization. The chatbot will allow our clients to check their rewards points, referral points, and order history directly on WhatsApp. All rewards and order data will be managed and updated by our team via Google Sheets. We will provide a clear, detailed chatbot flow and logic document, outlining exactly how the system should work. Scope of Work: - Set up a WhatsApp chatbot using BotSailor - Integrate the chatbot with Google Sheets as the backend database - Enable real-time data sync between WhatsApp and Google Sheets - Configure chatbot flows based on our provided design - Test and verify that all chatbot functions work correctly - Ensure secure and reliable data access Core Features Clients should be able to: - Check their total reward points - View referral-earned points - View previous orders, including: Order number Order value Date ordered - Show record of all redeemed points history. Admins (our team) will: - Allocate and update points manually via Google Sheets - Maintain full control of the backend data Ideal Skills & Experience - Proven experience with WhatsApp API - Hands-on experience using BotSailor - Strong background in interactive chatbot development - Experience integrating chatbots with Google Sheets or similar databases - Ability to test, debug, and optimize chatbot flows Proposal Requirements - Examples or links to similar WhatsApp chatbot projects you’ve completed - Brief explanation of your experience with BotSailor - Estimated timeline to complete the project
