I need a single, seamless flow that takes every new Meta-generated lead from my custom form and moves them straight into an automated WhatsApp journey, then into EspoCRM. Here’s the user path I have in mind: • Instant WhatsApp autoresponse the moment the form is submitted. • At one fixed time each day, every new contact receives a follow-up WhatsApp message with four quick-reply buttons: 1) “Send me documentation” – should automatically deliver a PDF and create a lead via the EspoCRM REST API. 2) “Call me” – display a simple form showing three call-time slots for the week; chosen slot creates a lead in EspoCRM. 3) “Show me the landing page” – open the subscription page and create a lead in EspoCRM. 4) “Sorry, I misunderstood, don’t contact me further” – end the sequence. What I already have • Custom lead-capture form (Meta). • EspoCRM instance with API access: https://docs.espocrm.com/development/api/ Where I need your help • Recommending the cleanest trigger for the first WhatsApp message (webhook, polling, or other). • Advising and setting up the best WhatsApp channel—Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, or a custom gateway—so it remains compliant and scalable. • Building and testing the entire logic, including daily scheduler, PDF delivery, link sharing, and API calls to EspoCRM. • Packaging the solution (scripts, small dashboard, or no-code platform) so I can tweak timing or message content without touching code. Acceptance When the build is done I’ll submit a test lead; I expect to receive the autoresponse instantly, the scheduled message at the set daily time, the selected option to execute correctly, and a matching lead record to appear in EspoCRM with the right tags.
