I need an AI-powered chatbot that operates inside WhatsApp and acts as my front-line customer support. Its core duties are clear: answer everyday questions, handle appointment bookings, and guide customers through orders and payments without human intervention. The build must use the official WhatsApp Business API (or a compliant provider such as Twilio or Gupshup) so the bot can go live on my verified number. Natural-language understanding should be good enough to recognise free-form messages and route them to the right flow, while still allowing a human hand-off when the topic falls outside its scope.
