I need a WhatsApp-based chatbot built and configured through the WATI platform. Its first job is simple but important: deliver automated replies that greet each person by name so every conversation feels human and immediate, even when I am offline. The flow logic, message templates, and WATI setup must all be ready for production, fully tested on a live WhatsApp Business number. I will provide the greeting copy and any brand assets you require; you handle the rest—from mapping triggers in WATI to deploying and confirming that the name-based personalisation pulls correctly from WhatsApp’s user data. While this initial scope is focused on automated replies, I chose WATI because it can later expand into customer support hand-offs or full order processing. Structure the bot so those features can be added without rebuilding everything. Deliverable: a functioning, personalised reply bot running in my WATI account, plus brief documentation outlining how to adjust messages and add new flows.This is required for our Hyundai dealership
