I already run an active WhatsApp Business account and now want to take it to the next level with two tightly-linked goals: 1. Automate high-volume outbound campaigns. 2. Add a smart, menu-driven chatbot that takes over once prospects reply. Bulk messaging requirements • The tool must push text, images / videos, and links / documents in a single campaign. • Contacts will be supplied as CSV; dynamic placeholders (name, coupon code, etc.) should personalise each send. • Scheduling, throttling, and basic delivery analytics (sent, delivered, read) are expected to stay within WhatsApp policy limits. Chatbot requirements • Conversational flow builder for common queries (product info, order status, opt-out). • Handover protocol so a human agent can jump in from our existing Business App at any time. • Persistence of chat history to a lightweight database for future retargeting. Tech notes & acceptance criteria • Any stack is fine—popular choices are WhatsApp Cloud API, Node.js, Python, Twilio, or GupShup—so long as it uses our official Business number (no web-scraping work-arounds). • Final hand-off includes source code, setup docs, and a short video walkthrough showing one bulk send and one full chatbot conversation. • A quick test run with 50 live numbers will sign off the project.
