I run a brand-new flight-ticket site that local travel agents use, and right now I’m a one-person operation. I need a WhatsApp AI agent that talks to customers for me so every passenger feels looked after even though I have no live staff. Here’s what the bot must do: • Instantly answer common booking and payment questions in natural language. • Push an automated confirmation message, with PNR and itinerary details, the moment a booking is completed on my site. • Give real-time flight-status updates on demand. • Converse in multiple languages so both English-speaking and non-English clients receive the same quality of support. I’m open to whichever stack you prefer—whether that’s Meta’s own Cloud API, Twilio, Dialogflow, or a custom combination—as long as it reliably connects my website’s booking engine to WhatsApp Business and uses an LLM or comparable NLP model to understand free-form queries. Deliverables I expect: 1. Fully configured WhatsApp Business account and number, verified and ready for production. 2. Chatbot backend that fetches booking data from my site (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, or another method you suggest). 3. Multilingual NLP model with at least English, plus automatic language detection. 4. Simple admin dashboard or log so I can see conversation history and bot performance. 5. Deployment guide or hand-over session so I can maintain and tweak intents without code changes. The bot must be live-tested with a sample booking and show correct confirmations, accurate flight-status lookups, and coherent responses to typical booking/payment issues before we wrap up.
