I want failed entries highlighted in a separate “Errors” tab (or similar) so they’re easy to fix. • A short hand-off guide so anyone on my team can trigger or schedule the weekly sync after you’re done. • Basic change log reporting so I can trace what was added, modified, or skipped in a given week. Tools you choose are flexible as long as they work smoothly with Google Sheets and Zoho CRM, preserve data integrity, and can be maintained without exotic licenses. Deliver the initial clean-up, the working weekly sync, and the documentation. Once everything runs reliably for one full cycle, the project is complete.
