Our customer database lives in Google Sheets and I want it kept fully current. Each week the latest contact information—Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address—has to be added or corrected. The job is straightforward: open the shared Sheet, compare the existing rows with the new data I will provide, and then update anything that has changed. Consistent formatting, removal of duplicates, and neat alignment of every field are essential because the file feeds directly into my email and SMS tools.
