Website UX/UI Redesign Project (Laravel Platform) Overview: We already have a live website and homepage design in Laravel PHP. Now we’re looking to redesign and refine all inner pages — keeping the homepage as the design anchor — to make the platform more engaging, responsive, and user-friendly. The business model is similar to Deliveroo, DoorDash, Drizly, and Saucey, connecting customers to multiple vendors and independent drivers for fast delivery of alcohol, snacks, cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis (where legally permitted). Your Role: You’ll analyze what customers like and dislike about top delivery apps and redesign our flow accordingly for: • Simplicity & speed at checkout • Trustworthy brand feel • Smarter category layout • Clean vendor signup process • Clear live tracking and driver status visibility You’ll work on both UI and UX: the look, the navigation, and the overall customer journey from browsing → checkout → delivery tracking. Key Pages to Redesign/Refine: • Product Listings / Categories (filters, sorting, add to cart) • Product Details (photos, size, reviews) • Cart & Checkout (payment integration with Stripe) • Live Order Tracking (map or status timeline) • Review & Rating system • Vendor / Retail Signup Page • Login / Register / Profile unified flow • Static pages (About, Contact, Blog – same layout) All must be consistent with the homepage design theme — same colors, fonts, and energy. What You’ll Deliver: • Page-by-page wireframes and mockups (Figma or Adobe XD) • User flow diagrams (checkout, tracking, vendor signup) • Color and font system document • Final design handoff with specs ready for Laravel integration Ideal Candidate: • Experience designing on-demand or gig-economy platforms (delivery, food, or ride apps) • Understands how to optimize conversion & trust for delivery services • Can think beyond visuals — about user psychology, habits, and drop-off points • Prior Laravel project experience a plus Bonus: If you’ve studied UX patterns from DoorDash, Drizly, SkipTheDishes, or Uber Eats, show us your insights.
