Alongside the speed work, a few elements on the homepage have drifted out of alignment; text blocks and images no longer sit flush in their grid and the issue is noticeable on both desktop and mobile. Scope • Analyse current bottlenecks, then implement best-practice fixes (caching, code minification, image compression, CDN configuration—whatever is necessary) until PageSpeed and GTmetrix scores show a clear improvement. • Realign all mis-positioned sections of the homepage so every column, row and hero banner looks tidy across major breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop). • Provide a brief before-and-after report with load-time metrics and screenshots confirming the layout is corrected. Acceptance I’ll consider the job complete when the homepage loads in ≈2 s or less on standard tests and no elements appear misaligned at common screen sizes. All work should be done on a staging copy first, then migrated to live once verified.
