My Mashkaot Kalim site has been running well overall, but a handful of issues are holding us back and I’d like to tackle them in one concise sprint. The order form no longer fires its confirmation email and the WhatsApp notification never arrives, so live orders sometimes go unnoticed. At the same time, the admin area has grown unwieldy—long lists of orders load in a single block with no pagination, making day-to-day management slow. While you are under the hood, I also want to tighten up navigation, refresh a few homepage banners through the CMS, and make sure Google can actually see what we publish. Search Console still flags the domain as “Discovered – currently not indexed”, so setting up proper indexing, submitting a sitemap and checking basic meta tags are part of the brief. Deliverables (all must be met) • Order submission reliably sends both email and WhatsApp messages to the addresses/numbers I specify. • Admin lists—especially orders—show clean pagination (≈ 25–30 per page) and perform quickly. • Navigation links and banners update smoothly through the existing CMS without code edits. • Google Search Console shows the site indexed with no core errors; sitemap is submitted and accepted. • A short change-log and hand-off note so future updates remain straightforward. You’re free to work on a staging copy or directly in version control—whatever keeps downtime to a minimum. Once everything is verified on both desktop and mobile, we’ll push to production and call the sprint complete.
