My services website lets visitors schedule appointments online and I now need a clear, methodical set of test cases that exercise every corner of that booking user interface. What I expect from you • A well-structured test-case suite that walks through each screen, form field, validation rule, calendar selector and error message involved in setting an appointment. • Precise steps, expected results and pass/fail criteria so another tester or developer can repeat them without guesswork. • Coverage of multiple browsers and devices; responsive behaviour is critical to my audience. • Prioritisation or tagging that highlights must-pass scenarios versus nice-to-have edge cases. Scope notes This phase is strictly about the UI of the booking flow. Confirmation e-mails, payment gateway handling and anything outside that funnel will be addressed later, so please keep the focus tight. Acceptance I will consider the work complete once I receive the test-case document (Excel, Google Sheet or similar) and can trace every UI element of the appointment journey to at least one scenario with clear expected results.
