The desktop metrics are already solid, but mobile scores still need targeted optimisation. The focus will be on advanced performance improvements such as refining CSS/JS delivery, removing unnecessary code, and tightening the overall asset footprint. Project Overview Platform & Access Website built on Webflow CMS Active scripts include GTM, Hotjar, CallRail, and Google Places These integrations must stay intact; you may defer them, but not remove them Any adjustments to GTM tags or triggers will be handled internally Work Requirements 1. Performance Improvements (Mobile Priority) -Strengthen FCP and LCP indicators -Reduce render-blocking elements and fix resource sequencing -Add necessary preconnects and improve origin hints Ensure all hero images are correctly set up with preload/fetchpriority 2. Code & Asset Refinements -Identify and eliminate unused JavaScript and CSS -Improve the structure of Webflow’s core CSS (split/merge where useful) -Enhance overall image optimisation -Set up long-term caching for static files -Confirm that HTML, CSS, and JS minification is fully active What I am Looking For -Demonstrated experience improving Webflow performance, Solid understanding of Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, and modern optimisation practices, Awareness of how GTM loads and impacts performance, Ability to work safely without disrupting site functionality, Clear documentation and side-by-side performance comparisons Final Outputs -A better-performing Webflow site with stronger mobile Lighthouse results -A record of all adjustments made to code/settings -Before/after screenshots or performance reports
