I’ve already purchased a Webflow portfolio template and have every image and piece of copy prepared. All that’s left is to swap the placeholder material for my own, making sure each visual element is crisp, properly sized, and tagged, and that the copy flows naturally across the site. The layout, structure, colours, and fonts can stay largely as the template designer intended; the main focus is importing my content so the finished portfolio feels polished, responsive, and ready to go live on all devices. Deliverables • All images and text inserted across every page, with alt-tags and basic SEO settings in place • Minor spacing or alignment tweaks if my assets require it, while preserving the template’s core design • A final walkthrough (loom video or short call) showing me how to manage or update content on Webflow’s CMS in the future Once complete I’ll review the published staging link and, if everything looks right, hand off any final feedback before we push the site live.
