I need a complete e-commerce site built in Webflow that sells access to my product on a yearly subscription basis. There will be two paid tiers and, to create urgency, only a fixed number of subscriptions can be sold; the live counter has to update automatically on the site. Paddle will be the sole payment gateway, so the checkout flow, subscription management, and webhooks all need to run through their API. I also want key customer events (new sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, rewards issued, as well as trigging a DBR minted token to the Subscriber) passed to Zapier so I can trigger emails and internal notifications without touching code each time. Front-end work includes the main marketing landing page plus any auxiliary pages (pricing, FAQs, legal, dashboard entry, etc.). On the back end you’ll wire up the CMS collections, dynamic product pages, user gating, and the subscriber counter logic so that inventory truly locks when the cap is reached. Deliverables • Complete Webflow project file handed over to my account • Paddle checkout and webhook integration fully tested in both sandbox and live modes • Two subscription plans configured, each with its own reward workflow sent via Zapier • Real-time subscriber counter that decrements as purchases complete and stops sales at the limit • Clear hand-off notes or short loom video showing how to adjust copy, images, pricing, and Zapier zaps Acceptance criteria • A new user can land on the page, choose a tier, pay through Paddle, and immediately gain access. • The counter must update within seconds after payment confirmation. • Paddle webhooks and Zapier automations must fire reliably for at least 10 consecutive test transactions. If you have solid Webflow experience and have already connected Paddle (or a similar API-first gateway) on past projects, I’m ready to get started right away.
