I’m ready to validate a new idea for tradespeople who need to create quotes fast. For this first release I only need a web-based MVP; the mobile apps will come later if the concept gains traction. Scope of the MVP • Build a responsive web application that lets a tradesman enter job details and instantly generate a polished quote. • Import supplier lists and surface each supplier’s contact details inside the quote builder (no live pricing or inventory yet—those can wait). • Produce a branded PDF that automatically places the user’s company logo and color palette on every page. • Allow the finished PDF to be sent directly from the app via email and through the WhatsApp share flow. Key expectations – Clean, intuitive UI that works on phones, tablets, and desktops. – Scalable codebase so future iOS/Android builds can reuse core logic. – Admin settings where users upload their logo and select brand colors. – Simple back-office dashboard (even basic) to view, edit, or resend quotes. I’m flexible on tech stack; choose the framework you work fastest in, but keep the code modular and well-documented.
