Web Files Organization & Audit

My hosting space has accumulated years of uploads, patches, and one-off tests. I now need a clean, logical file structure so future deployments stay orderly and secure. The priority is to organize and re-structure everything: group related assets, standardize naming, and separate legacy material from active code. To decide what can be archived or removed you’ll rely on third-party utilities that read last-access data. I chose this route because standalone tools usually give a clearer picture than raw server logs or basic timestamps. Feel free to recommend the solution you trust most—as long as it pinpoints files that haven’t been touched in a long time. Once the scan is complete, I’d like a concise plan for the new folder hierarchy, then the actual migration of files into that layout. Please keep database backups and configuration files safe and untouched unless explicitly cleared. Deliverables • A report (CSV or similar) listing every file, last access date, and proposed action (keep, archive, delete). • The reorganized directory tree implemented on a staging copy of the host. • A short hand-over note explaining any third-party tool settings so I can replicate the process later. I will supply SFTP and control-panel access on a sandbox environment. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any questions about server specifics.
