I need a very small proof-of-concept mobile app that can: • Record speech on both iOS and Android • Convert that speech to text using a custom logic (not the default OS engine and not a third-party API) • Show the recognized text on screen, then forward it to a chosen WhatsApp contact together with a preset link The build must run online and offline. For offline mode, store the transcription locally and queue the WhatsApp send until a connection is available. Because this is an initial prototype, I only expect: – A simple UI: one record button, a text preview area, and a “Send to WhatsApp” action – Basic offline handling (local queue) – Clear setup instructions plus source code so I can test on my own devices If the concept works smoothly, I will open a separate project for full design, extra features, and polishing.
