We are looking for a freelancer with strong experience in Voice AI, API integrations, and automation to help extend our existing AI agent setup. Project Overview: We already have avatars deployed through ElevenLabs and HeyGen on one of our websites. The current setup allows users to interact with AI voice and video agents, and now we need to add email functionality. We currently use HL (HighLevel) as part of our CRM workflow, so familiarity with CRM connectivity, automation, and trigger-based actions is important. Scope of Work: • Integrate email capability into the existing voice and video AI agent workflow. • Enable the agent to capture a user’s email address during conversation. • Allow the agent to automatically send requested documents, links, or information to that email address. • Ensure smooth communication between ElevenLabs, HeyGen, website backend, HL CRM workflow, and email delivery system. • Support reliable triggering of email actions based on user intent. • Connect the workflow with HL CRM where required. Required Skills: • Experience with ElevenLabs integrations. • Experience with HeyGen avatars or similar video AI platforms. • API integration and webhook expertise. • Email automation setup, such as SMTP, SendGrid, Mailgun, or similar services. • Backend development skills, especially Node.js, Python, or similar. • Experience integrating with CRM systems, including HL / HighLevel. • Ability to work with website-based AI workflows. Preferred: • Experience building conversational AI actions. • Familiarity with CRM or lead capture integrations. • Understanding of real-time voice agent orchestration. Deliverable: A working system where the AI agent can collect an email address and send requested content automatically during or after conversation, with CRM integration where needed.
