Here’s what I need brought to life right away: • Conversational IVR that greets callers, understands natural language, and branches smoothly between appointment scheduling, support, and lead-generation flows. • Real-time calendar integration to lock in tour or meeting slots, send confirmations, and update when changes occur. • Lead-management workflow that tags, scores, and posts each prospect into our existing CRM through REST/GraphQL APIs. • Support-ticket creation with smart escalation for urgent maintenance or billing issues, plus automated call-backs where required. • Usage analytics so I can track intent distribution, conversion rates, average handling time, and missed-call recovery. We’re already using a unified inbox, so tight integration with tools such as Twilio Voice, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or an equivalent stack is expected. Clean, well-documented code, secure data handling, and an architecture that leaves room for SMS, email, and web-chat channels later will be part of the acceptance criteria.
