Project: Secure Vendor Registration Website with D365 F&O Integration Project Overview We are seeking an experienced PHP Laravel and MySQL developer (or team) to build a secure vendor registration website integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Cloud). The solution will streamline our purchasing workflow, vendor onboarding, and approval process. Key Requirements User Roles and Access Vendors: Receive invitations to register, log in using username/password, complete questionnaires, and upload required documents (e.g., VAT certificate, licenses, etc.). Purchasing Agents: Access limited to the companies they manage. They can invite vendors, review submissions, and approve or request changes. AP (Accounts Payable) Team: Secondary approval stage—approve, reject, or request updates. Legal Department: Final approval stage. Dynamic Questionnaires & Attachments Ability to configure questionnaires and required documents dynamically (varying by vendor or category). Some vendors may have more or fewer requirements depending on category or company policies. Workflow Management Automated notifications (email or in-app) at each stage: Vendor submission → Purchasing review → AP approval → Legal approval. Support for sending requests for changes back to the vendor. Audit trail of actions and status. ERP Integration (D365 F&O) API Integration: Upon final approval, vendor data must be sent to D365 F&O to create the vendor in ERP. Pull reference data (e.g., payment terms, currency codes) dynamically from D365 F&O to ensure consistency. Additional Features Allow purchasing agents to complete the questionnaire and upload documents on behalf of a vendor if needed. Secure authentication and data storage (HTTPS, proper encryption, role-based access control). Admin panel for managing companies, users, questionnaires, and workflow settings.
