Overview I need a web-based appointment system tailored to an auto-repairs Multiple service providers offering repairs. Customers must be able to: • View real-time bay and technician availability • Choose from a configurable list of repair or maintenance services • Receive automated WhatsApp or SMS reminders as their appointment approaches • Create, modify, or cancel bookings through a personal dashboard On the back end I want a clean admin panel where multiple providers can set working hours, block out dates, and manage bookings at a glance. Syncing the mechanic calendar with Google Calendar or Outlook would be a bonus, but not mandatory.
