The platform will consist of three main components: - Mobile Interface: Develop a highly reliable and user-friendly mobile application for field personnel. This interface will enable efficient capture of utility meter images, serving as the primary data input mechanism. Crucially, the mobile application must be designed with an 'offline-first' architecture. Field personnel will frequently be in locations with poor or no internet connectivity. Therefore, image capture, data storage, and OCR processing must function entirely on the device. The app should then sync the collected data automatically once an internet connection is restored. - Web-Based Dashboard: Create a secure and intuitive web dashboard for our clients, such as homeowners associations. This dashboard will provide functionalities for viewing processed meter readings, accessing detailed analytics, and managing user accounts with role-based permissions. - Robust Backend System: Build a powerful backend infrastructure capable of handling high volumes of data. Key functionalities include managing the data pipeline from the on-device OCR, comprehensive data management, and secure user account management.
