We are looking for a calm, observant User Research / Feedback Specialist to help us learn from early users. You will turn qualitative feedback into clear, prioritized insights. In order to succeed in this role, you should be an active user of Android and Windows. What you will do: - Run short user interviews and usability sessions on Android and Windows. - Synthesize feedback into concise recommendations for product and design. - Create user journey notes and prioritize pain points for the team. - Help define simple metrics and signals that show user success. Requirements: - Experience in user research, UX research, or feedback analysis. - Strong listening, synthesis, and reporting skills. - Comfortable coordinating remote sessions across time zones.
