Seamless checkout, inventory management, and coupon handling are essentials. The site should share user accounts with the mobile app so customers keep one profile across all touchpoints. Integrations & expectations – End-to-end encryption for chat (think Firebase, Twilio or any GDPR-ready alternative). – Payment gateway familiar to Indian users (Razorpay preferred, but I’ll consider other options if you have a better idea). – Clean, accessible UI that respects mental-health design guidelines—calming colours, simple navigation, WCAG compliance. – I’ll need the full source code, brief technical documentation, and a short hand-over walkthrough once we hit production. Timeline This is time-sensitive: I want to finalise the tech stack within a week and see the first usable builds in three to four weeks.
