I am looking for a web developer to help me edit the form fields on three (3) of my websites. I need to ensure I am capturing specific information from potential leads and that the forms are functioning correctly without any data leakage. Scope of Work: 1. Form Field Edits (All 3 Websites) Modify existing contact forms to include specific fields (I will provide the exact field names, e.g., Name, Phone, Email, Service Required). Ensure the forms are visually aligned and mobile-responsive after the changes. 2. Reliability Testing (All 3 Websites) Test all forms to ensure submission notifications are landing in my inbox instantly. Troubleshoot any issues where leads might be getting lost (spam folder, SMTP errors, etc.). 3. White Paper Resource Setup (2 Websites Only) On two of the sites, I need a specific "Download White Paper" section. Create/Edit a form where the user must enter their details to access the PDF. Configure the workflow so that upon submission, the user is either redirected to the PDF or sent a download link via email. Requirements: Experience with [Insert Platform, e.g., WordPress/Wix/Squarespace] forms (e.g., Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms). Ability to test for email delivery issues (SMTP/Lead leakage).
