I am putting together a proof-of-concept that turns a single photo into a basic but accurate 3D face representation inside Unity, then allows real-time cosmetic adjustments. The Banuba Face AR SDK will be used for face tracking and mesh support; your task is to integrate it into a lightweight Unity scene, accept a user-supplied JPEG or PNG, and produce a clean, stable facial mesh suitable for controlled deformation. Once the mesh is in place, I need two adjustable cosmetic edits: • Nose reshaping — size, shape, and width should each respond smoothly to numeric sliders. • Lip enhancement — a simple parametric plump/relax slider is sufficient. Visual fidelity is more important than visual effects. No cartoon filters, no exaggerated beauty processing, and no mesh tearing, jitter, or vertex instability during deformation. If a morph is reset, the mesh should return to its original state cleanly. Deliverables (via Git or Unity package): A Unity 2021+ project with Banuba Face AR SDK integrated and a scene that imports a JPEG or PNG and renders a low-detail facial mesh. C# components exposing public float parameters for three nose controls and one lip control, updating the mesh in play mode with minimal latency. Clear build and run instructions, plus notes on any Banuba configuration or licensing steps I must replicate. Prior experience with Face AR, BlendShapes, or morph-target-based facial deformation is a strong plus. I’m ready to begin as soon as I find the right collaborator.
