I’m looking to build a focused, web-based tool that scans both Rightmove and Zoopla, highlights undervalued listings, and lets me quickly shortlist the strongest investment deals on the UK market. Core workflow • Automatically pull new and existing listings from Rightmove and Zoopla on a regular schedule. • Estimate each property’s realistic refurbished value using three data angles—comparables, area averages, and historic sales. This data is available on Rightmove and Zoopla • Calculate potential profit by comparing that estimated market value with the asking price, then express the margin in £ and %. • Assign a confidence score (confidence will be based on how much comparable data is available, how well matches and reliable this data is, how recent this data is etc.) and rank every listing so I can sort by “best deal first.” What I need delivered 1. A working prototype with a clean browser-based dashboard: search filters, real-time results table, and export to CSV. 2. Modular, well-commented code (Python, Node, or another mainstream stack is fine) plus setup instructions so I can host it on my own server. 3. Documentation covering the valuation logic, data sources, and how to adjust weighting factors in future. Accuracy and quality of calculations and data outputs are more important than flashy UI, it is only for my internal use and to filter through many leads quickly to get the best ones.
