I need two separate WordPress sites built from the ground up. The first is a very straightforward, brochure-style site: a clean landing page, a couple of supporting pages, contact form, and basic on-page SEO. The second site carries a bit more weight—additional pages, a richer layout, perhaps a blog section and some light integrations—yet it must stay just as easy for me to update. Both sites must be WordPress at their core; that was my key requirement when we discussed the project. I’m open on theme choices (free, premium, or custom) as long as the final look is modern and mobile-friendly. Standard plugins for security, backups, and performance will do unless you see a compelling reason for a lightweight alternative.
