I have a concise, Hindi-language script ready and need your help making just two cold calls to randomly selected contacts. The aim is purely exploratory: capture their first, unfiltered reactions to our brand—how it makes them feel, whether the product or service sounds appealing, and what the brief interaction says about our customer service approach. There is no selling involved and no long survey, just genuine conversation within standard calling hours. For each call I need: • An audio recording and a set of written notes • Notes presented in both English and Hindi so I can share them with different teams • A short summary that quotes the exact words or phrases the contact used, organised under three headings: Brand perception, Product/service interest, and Customer service impression Follow the script closely, keep the tone friendly and respectful, and let the conversation flow naturally enough for honest feedback.
