It will seamlessly blend dynamic commercial spaces with bespoke residential living, culminating in an unparalleled rooftop water oasis. Scope of Work (Phase 1) Concept Validation: Assess feasibility of the five-story design and square meter allocation within plot constraints. Floor Plans: Provide schematic 2D floor plans for all five levels, focusing on hydraulic efficiency and maximizing natural light and views. Visualizations: Produce AI-enhanced photorealistic 3D renderings for key areas: GF Retail Atrium, 2F Water Oasis, and 3F Penthouse Terrace—critical for investor presentations. Application Requirements Submit your portfolio showcasing high-end hospitality or luxury residential projects in Bali or similar tropical environments. Provide an estimated timeline and budget to deliver Phase 1 outputs, including schematic plans and three photorealistic renderings. Additional Notes Creativity in integrating water features with tropical design will be highly valued. Emphasis on sustainable and context-sensitive architecture is preferred.
