This is our current website: https://www.c-schweitzer.de/ It is currently focused on our glove products and was built exclusively for that purpose. Since we have significantly expanded our product range, we now want to broaden the website’s scope — turning it into a modern B2B e-commerce platform, similar to www.herenz-shop.de . A key component of this new platform will be a customer portal fully integrated with our ERP system. Requirements for the new system 1. Pricing structure Prices should only be visible to registered and logged-in customers. Regular visitors (without login) can see the products but not the prices. Once logged in, customers can see standard prices. For bulk orders or special products, prices should be displayed “on request”. Existing customers should see their individual prices after login — these are stored per customer in the ERP system. Certain products may appear without any price information and can only be priced upon inquiry. 2. Customer account & login Customers should be able to register independently and create an account. After registration, an internal review by our team takes place. The account will only be activated after successful verification. Once activated, the customer automatically receives an email containing a one-time password. On their first login, the customer is prompted to set a new password. The entire process (registration, verification, activation, password setup, confirmation, etc.) should be handled through an automated email flow. 3. B2B shop features Full shopping cart and checkout functionality. Payment options: Invoice (for verified business customers) Optionally: prepayment, PayPal Business, credit card, or instant bank transfer. Logged-in customers should be able to view their orders, invoices, and delivery status. Tiered pricing, discounts, and individual conditions should automatically sync from the ERP system. 4. ERP integration The platform will be connected to our existing ERP system. Prices, stock levels, customer data, and orders will be automatically synchronized. The goal is centralized data management to avoid duplicate work. The new website should be fully SEO-compliant to ensure optimal visibility on Google and other search engines. In addition, there should be a dedicated backend area where we can easily publish and manage blog posts, news, and other content ourselves — without requiring any technical knowledge.
