I need a lightweight, browser-based application that plugs directly into my existing MySQL database and lets our airport and tourism desk staff register both arriving visitors and the accommodation facilities they will use. Core flow • Secure log-in with two role levels: Admin (full CRUD and user management) and Staff (data entry and search only). • Tourist arrival form with all the usual inputs we collect at the counter (name, passport number, arrival date, flight, etc. – I will confirm the exact fields during kickoff). • Accommodation form to record the location/address, type & capacity, plus contact details of each property. • Simple dashboard to search, edit, export or print records. • Clean responsive UI so the same page works on a tablet at the desk and on a larger office monitor. Technical expectations The app must read/write to the tables already living in my MySQL server; no new database engine is required. If new tables are needed, please namespace them clearly and supply the CREATE scripts. Feel free to suggest the most efficient stack (PHP/Laravel, Node/Express, Python/Flask, etc.)—but connection pooling, prepared statements and basic input validation/sanitisation are a must. Acceptance criteria 1. Admin can create/delete users and assign Staff rights. 2. Staff can add, update and search tourist and accommodation records but cannot touch user accounts. 3. All fields save correctly in MySQL and reflect immediately in searches. 4. Source code and a short README with setup steps are delivered.
