Scope of work • Architect and build a responsive website (WordPress or a similarly flexible CMS) with fast loading times, multilingual support and a clean, image-rich layout. • Implement an intuitive taxonomy so travellers can browse by country, city or theme. • Integrate SEO best practices, structured data and lightweight analytics from day one. • Set up revenue channels—affiliate booking widgets, display ads and newsletter capture—so earnings can be tracked transparently. • Provide a simple workflow that lets our writers upload new destination guides without touching code. Acceptance criteria 1. Homepage, destination template and article template fully functional on desktop and mobile. 2. Core Web Vitals in the green according to Google PageSpeed Insights. 3. At least one live affiliate integration (e.g., Booking.com, GetYourGuide). 4. Shared dashboard showing traffic, conversions and revenue for transparent profit-share calculations.
