We’ve built an iOS mobile app called THTC+, an AI-powered motion activity tracker that uses the phone camera to detect 17 body keypoints, count repetitions, derive metrics such as speed and cadence, and track user progress over time. The prototype is live, users love it, and now I need a reliable development partner to help finalize the product. I am looking for a developer or a development company to: Refactor and complete the iOS App. Build a web platform for trainers, gyms, and organizations. Integrate a subscription/billing model (Stripe). Improve backend (Firebase) architecture and scalability. Below is the detailed scope. ABOUT THE PROJECT THTC+ is available for free on the Apple App Store. It uses AI to analyze body movements and track workout performance. It also includes a Partner Network where gyms and trainers can appear on a map, users can enroll in organizations, and trainers can assign workouts. I now want to take the product to the next level: Production-ready mobile app + full partner web platform + subscription model. SCOPE OF WORK 1. iOS Mobile App (Existing Code) Improvements required: Full code refactor (clean architecture, remove technical debt, improve modularity). UI/UX redesign based on existing or new Figma. Improve AI/pose detection stability (models already available). Improve repetition detection accuracy. Implement more advanced metrics (speed, cadence, range). Enhance video recording quality and compression. Improve charts and historical analytics. Improve the Partner Network integration (map, branding per organization, user flows). App Store-ready version. Tech stack: Swift / SwiftUI / CoreML / AVFoundation / Firebase. 2. Web Platform for Trainers, Gyms, and Organizations A new web dashboard is required: Authentication and roles (Admin, Trainer, User). Organization creation and management. Add/Remove trainers. Approve/Remove users enrolled from the mobile app. Workout creation and assignment to users. Analytics dashboard (engagement, progress, metrics). Custom branding for each organization (logo + theme). Stripe subscription integration for organizations. Invoices, billing portal, trials, payment methods. Preferred tech stack: React / Next.js (or similar) + Firebase + Stripe. 3. Backend / Infrastructure Current backend: Firebase (Firestore, Functions, Authentication, Storage) Required: Full data model review. Improve Firestore structure for scalability. Write Firebase Functions for: Workout assignment Analytics aggregation Stripe webhook events Strengthen authentication and Firestore security rules. Ensure GDPR-ready user data flows. 4.
